I had purchared the glen bread maker in October of 2021 and have been using it once or twice a week since then. It stopped working two weeks ago (july 2024). I called the service centre and they local agent collected the machine and took it for repairs. I cannot emphasize enough to express my delight on the extremely prompt service gicen to me. They not only repaired it and brought it back home but did it for free even after morenthen 3 years of useing the machine. I would like it express my thanks and compliment the company their service. They deserve this.

While the bread baked is dense and no matter what i do, I'm unable to get the right consistency, the movement of the blade coukd be a lot better. I have to manually bring thedough together first. I really expected a recipe book but it wasn't given with it. And there seems to be nothing online for the right consistency. Think twice before buying this brand.

I purchased this bread maker in 2020 and now in this march 2024 it stopped working properly. Contacted Glen India and they registered my service request and till August no repair. I request all Amazon customers to buy a brand which has good service network.
