Does the lid slip off or is there a silicone seal?

Unfortunately my mug was delivered without the lid or spoon, much to my disappointment. Was under the weather at the time ,and not in the humour to make a fuss. I do like the mugs. I'd already ordered one without the lid and spoon, with the intention of slowly building up a collection. So was delighted to see the lid and spoon mug. Would keep curious flies at bay, and the spoon wouldn't disappear under the surface. I hadn't given anything else a thought. The lid probably has a ridge which will keep it in situ. I do hope that you'll have better luck with the extras, should you go ahead and order.

How many mugs are there in this set? Or is it only one?

There was only one and the quality was bad, the handle sheared off whilst I was carrying it. Apart from the scalds to my leg th mess I had to clean up was mega. Coffee - a lot - it held 24 oz, and broken mug. Not a happy bunny.
