I do not believe you will have any issues with shipping this product to a cold location.  It's a powder formula so nothing to freeze.

What is the difference between calm, calmful sleep and sleep?

Calm is magnesium only. It's supposed to be anti-stress. Too much magnesium can loosen stools so that's an issue.
Calmful sleep has 220 of magnesium, 100 of GABA, 50 mg L-Theanine, and 5 mg Melatonin. Specifically for sleep.
