High quality mic
The sound quality is great! I use this with my PC to communicate during video and work calls. I've never run into any issues. This is a high quality mic and it's come in handy many times!

Great, Great sound and perfect for travel
Great mic—works perfectly! The only downside is the windbreaker. There's no secure way to store it in the case, so I lost mine after just four uses and haven't been able to find a replacement. Hopefully, the company will consider adding an attachment or a designated spot in the case to keep the wind muffle safe.(not a paid review)

Short Battery Life

Excellent mic
I'm not a huge fan of wearing headphones or headsets so this microphone is way better than I needed for online calls. It's better than a headset mic and keeps you hands free. On discord people did tell me they were getting echo but I think that's a discord thing and not so much a problem of the mic. There are software ways to alleviate that and I think you'd have to deal with that no matter what mic you chose and didn't wear headphones.

Ok, But Was Looking for Something Better
it gets the job done and for $30 I guess I can't ask for more? I ended up with the Rode PodMic XLR ($99). I felt that my headset had better performance than the JBL. The software felt lackluster and felt a bit unnecessary as there were not any features I couldn't access on the mic or elsewhere on my computer.The sound was not anything to write home about and there are better options out there. I think a fair price for this would be about $15
