Yes I believe so I bought it to use with a Cisco telephone.

Will this work on the CP 8845?

No. It is only compatible with the phone models listed.

will this work with Cisco 8865?

Short answer YES! I bought these is 2019 but stopped working for my company in 2020, so I don’t remember the exact model. I know we had 8800 series Cisco phones so this likely will do the trick!
