I bought this on July 2022...it's working pretty well even in 2026...no battery backup drop...no connectivity issue...sufficient audio for normal and overall use...

Used product received !!
I recently purchased Boult Audio Z20 from Amazon and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. The item I received was evidently used, with numerous marks and signs of wear on the buds. To make matters worse, one side of the product is not functioning at all. I have been a regular customer of Amazon and have generally had positive experiences, but this time the condition of the product and its functionality were far below acceptable standards. I expected to receive a new and fully operational item, and this purchase has not met those expectations. I hope Amazon takes this feedback seriously and addresses the quality control issues to prevent such experiences in the future. For now, I am left quite dissatisfied with this purchase.
