How do you use part "B" the strong support webbing? Instructions are lacking.

Thank for your feedback , the part B webbing is for go underneath the clients hip to give more pretection and release the pressuer of underarms .We will update the instruction and the photo of Amzon to show this , thank you again !

Can this be used with a standard hoyer lift? Will the patient be able to get to the position shown, or does he hoyer lift not have enough lift?

Yes, HOWEVER, it will NOT bring patient to an UPRIGHT standing position; it will put patient in a slighly reclined position. If you want to achieve a true upright position, I highly recommend the Ehucon Comfort Padded Patient Lift Walking Sling.
