Blackhawk B6350 Black/Red Fast Lift Service Jack - 3.5 Ton Capacity, 28 1/2" L x 13 3/4" W x 6 1/2" H

I don't have this jack long enough to give it a proper review however will try and maybe help someone make a decision. The packaging was absolutely destroyed when I got it from UPS and there were quite a few scratches but I decided to keep it because it's a very heavy item I did not want to go through the trouble returning. Other than this it looks and feels very sturdy. I like the fact that it has a magnetic tray to put little bolts/screws or even wrenches inside and it does work well. Picks up my lexus ES350 with ease only 3-4 pumps and the wheel is off the ground. Has metal wheels and all steel construction it's built like a tank and I have confidence that it will last a long time. It is on the heavier side however if you're looking for lighter weight low profile jack this isn't the one to get but on the other hand it feels very well built and it goes up very fast few pumps is all you need to get just about any car or even truck wheels off the ground and overall I like it so far no complaints. Time will tell but looking at the other reviews this is a good one for sure. The lowering also works extremely well. You twist the arm a little bit and it lets the car go down easy and without any issues. It's smooth and doesn't make creeking sounds like some other jacks I've owned. Maybe it's because it's still new but so far I'm impressed with this jack. If something changes in the future I will update this but for now would 100% recommend this jack.

I like the fact that this is a well-made tool. The wheels under the loaded end are a relatively large diameter and wide enough to support the rated load on the work surface. The "automatic" two-speed function is also very nice. The lift moves to load contact with just a couple of pumps and then "shifts" to a slower speed for lifting the load while maintaining a relatively low effort input.Also, I like the cushion around the lower end of the lift handle that reduces the chance of damage to the vehicle from the handle returning to the vertical orientation when released.

**Updated review**. I found that the customer service number listed on the Amazon page was for Canada Customer service. Once somebody finally answered the phone there, I was given the proper number for the USA customer service. The gentleman there was able to help me with my issue and sent out the required repair parts. After about a 20 minute repair, the jack is working great.I bought this jack to help my son work on his VW beetle. The jack right out of the box was real hard to tighten the handle and get the jack to hold pressure. I have owned a few of these jacks over the years and never had one this hard to use. I initially believed that is was just excessive paint on the end of the handle and this was causing the action of tightening the jack, and releasing the pressure to be from the excessive paint. I deburred the paint drips off both the end of the handle, and inside the end of the jack where the handle goes. This helped relieve the amount of force that the handle took to turn, but this jack still will not seal without extreme pressure. So basically the jack cannot over the downward pressure of the springs unless you grip it with 2 hands, and really crank on it.So once you crank on it and get the car in the air, you have no control of releasing the pressure slowly to lower the car in a controlled manor. You finally get the handle to "unscrew" and it is no far backed off that the car is going all the way down.I have tried to call customer service a few times, and have never actually got anybody on the phone. Unfortunately it was passed the Amazon Return time before I removed from the box, and drove to my son's house to work on his VW.

Works very well, lifts vehicles including full size pickup trucks, very easily. Seems very well built and like it will be durable. Great size for pickup trucks and suvs. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is a few times I was unable to lower the vehicle as slowly as I would have liked to (release stuck just a little when I was twisting the handle to begin lowering the vehicle); however, I would buy this again (although I don’t think I will need a new jack for a long time). Bought this when it was on sale for 135. It's a bit too much for my personal use at home. That's my biggest sort of complaint for this is maybe a bit too much for home use but really in a good way. It's gets your vehicle up in the air fast. It's extremely sturdy and heavy. I question leaving it in my car for emergencys. For the sheer massive size a carrying handle would have been nice touch too an already excellent product. If you have limited space that could be a concern as well. I look forward to using this for years. For strictly home use this is about the best you can get. Maybe even professional mechanics might like it.If you're looking for something portable, easy to carry, and takes up little space to put in your car this might not be the best choice. If you want a really nice, fast, and high lifting for home use this is a definite winner.

This is heavy duty, I just used it to lift my 1 ton pick-up to rotate the tires, it weighs a lot but did the job great- pumps up fast ,and its lift range allows me to push up at most any location w/o any blocking.

Giving 1 star because product I received is not new. The jacklift functions fine, but I purchased this as new and unfortunately it was used. If there was an option to buy a used one at the time, I would have taken it, but there were only new ones available.The box was damaged and could tell it was re-taped. All of the Styrofoam was broken into pieces. The handles have scuffs and the paddings are torn.I have no problem with purchasing used products, but the problem for me is when I pay a new product price and receive a used one.
