Great for golf exercises!
Senior golfer ...I use dumbbells to exercise all year .....aids in reducing injuries while playing golf.

They're 12.5 each but works fine
So far so good, came in kinda dirty but that's alright, this is my fault but I thought both of them go up 25 nope, they're 12.5 each but it's alright I can still use them 😀
