EXCELLENT DETECTION
Great detection. Not the most easy to fit. It comes in three parts: a plastic housing (round the electronics), the detector and the outer cover. Wires need to come through the plastic surround to be fitted to the electronic box. These two are a bit fiddley to separate first to do this but care with a small screwdriver, working as a lever, did the trick. The wires exit at the rear and, once the two parts are clipped back together, one needs to lead these wires out on the side before entering your channel to the light fitting. (Assuming you plan to hide the wiring). So use thin wiring if you can. No screws supplied and the holes in the box and plastic outer are quite small.I liked the fact that there is an on/off switch plus a PIR switch which are easily accessible as are the normal other controls.

Doesn't fit a UK surface box.
This was going in my garage in a surface mount box but even though it is exactly that size it's not compatible with any standard box. It looks like it is intended to fit directly onto a plasterboard wall with most of the guts needing a large central cutout about an inch deep.Other than that it works really well for activating lights with adjustments for time on and ambient light level (so it only activates in low light). It can also be set to permanently on or off (not sure why). It's got just the right sensitivity and range for my application.

Works great, all as expected
used this to turn a kitchen fan on and off as it sees movement in the kitchen.

Anger management thing and more...
The good part.It works, lux sensor and timer is really OK.The bad.Wires terminals. It's a joke.UK standard doesn't exist in this thing.Conclusion.If you don't want to have murder intention and kill people who design it don't buy it.If you have anger management issues don't buy it.If you want challenge yourself, becareful what you wish for. From outside elegant but not practical design for UK standard require drill bit (you will have to drill this thing a bit to screw it to the box if you need one), wago (because of stupidly shallow and narrow N terminal) and time. One of the most time consuming pir sensor I ever install.Good luck!

Misleading photos
The pir has a large mechanism protruding from the back. To flush mount it would need a large hole. Suitable for a plasterboard ceiling but not a brick wall.

Not Flush Mounted!
Well-designed, but this is not a flush-mounted device. It needs a wall-box to accommodate the rear-protruding switch. It's hard to find a suitable wall-box!

Does not fit flush to the wall!
This does not fit flush to the wall and neither does it fit a standard UK surface box. For those reasons it is hard to use it on an outside wall. I returned mine unused.
