I don’t usually do reviews but I feel like I should share my experience, first thing I recently came off my antidepressants which I had been on for three years I was looking around on the market for something that could relax my mind a little, which is when I came across theses I have been taking them for over three weeks now and I must say I feel so much more level headed I often take one before I go to bed and 9 times out of 10 I will wake up feeling fresh and happy on the odd occasion I have felt pretty normal but I must say theses are brilliant I definitely would recommend theses!!

I’ve been taking this for the past week and have noticed an improvement in my anxiety already. Highly recommend as a natural supplement for helping nerves and anxiety. I’m always looking for alternatives to anxiety medication and I think this has by far been the most helpful and all encompassing supplement

Didn't notice any difference after using 2 months

Morning love This is so effective, although this should work as a supplement rather than the single solution for your anxiety. I've been taking this along with exercising daily and eating a healthier balance meal, combining all of this I felt such a great difference, I feel stable and in the flow.

Really like the feel of this product. Very easy to swallow and I felt a calming presence within the hour. I have it after a meal and with my herbal tea. I’ll be buying again, highly recommended!

Good beneficial product

Went through 2 packs of these. Did absolutely nothing. Didn't see a difference for anything advertised. Very disappointed
