Is there a way to buy just the clothes without the doll? These fashions are perfect, but we're already good on dolls.

That's not an option on this site, but I would suggest buying the whole thing and then donating the doll without the clothes to a local thrift/charity shop, or giving the doll to a friend, or even selling it online and recouping some of the purchase price.  When I buy dolls  for the accessories and don't want the doll itself, I donate the doll to my favorite thrift store.

The purple clothing rack shown in the picture is not a toy, and it is not available anywhere.  It is made by hand out of 13 pencils, and can be a fun DIY for most kids (Adult supervision recommended) or adult collectors.  It does not have to be made out of pencils.  It can be made out of any small-sized dowel rods, sticks, pens, etc.  
The rack in the picture is made out of 13 sharpened pencils.  Using the 13 pictured pencils, the structure itself will require 9 pencils,  2 of these pencils must be equally shorter than the rest. The bottom shelf will require 4 pencils.  While you can alter the number of pencils used for the bottom rack, it will take a minimum of 9 pencils to make the main structure of the rack.
The rack, when made out of pencils, is not tall enough to hang pants or long dresses.  If you want yours to be tall enough to hang pants/dresses on, substitute the 4 pencils used as the sides with longer pencils/dowels/sticks.  You can alter the number of pencils on the bottom to make the rack shallower or deeper.  You can alter the length of the pencils to make it wider or thinner.  The length of the pencils on the bottom will determine how deep or shallow your rack will be.  Both shortened pencils must be equal in length.  Longer pencils will make a deeper shelf; shorter pencils will make a shallower shelf.  The rack will not be very stable if you make the rack too shallow in depth!  Total height will also be affected by how shallow/deep you make your stand – deeper rack = shorter total height.
