This ab roller is honestly one of the best inexpensive workout tools I’ve bought. It was easy to put together and feels solid and stable when rolling out. The wheel grips the floor well and doesn’t wobble, which makes workouts feel safe and controlled. After just a few sessions I could already feel my core working way more than regular ab exercises. Great for home workouts and doesn’t take up any space — definitely recommend if you want a serious core workout without spending a lot.

Amazing at holding my body weight and provides a killer ab workout finisher, material is great and grip never fails me.

It's a work out putting it together but once it's done, excellent product for ab work outs in particular lower abs.

Holy moly. I got this on a whim one night when i saw a video on fb of people using them. I honestly thought it had to be a gimmick. Omg was i wrong. I definitely feel the burn while doing it and the day after. If you have never used one look at videos for the correct form. If you don't have strong abs then start with wall ones and build your range of motion up!!! Worth every penny tho!!

El material es de buena calidad, se ve justo como lo muestra la imagen promocional. El único problema es que el tubo llegó demasiado largo, queda un espacio en el que la rueda se mueve y no queda fijo. Tocará cortarlo para ajustarlo a la medida.

El paquete que llego no es el mismo que mencionan en la descripcion u foto, es un articulo chino de baja calidad, el material es fragil.
