I love this tracker. It did take some time to set up and getting it connected is not easy but I used YouTube and watched some videos prior too. I used it for my little boy and it works great. I slip it in his backpack to know he gets to school and back ok. It definitely does the job. It is small and no one knows what it is.

I am very happy with this purchase! After doing quite a bit of research, I felt very confused about how GPS trackers would work. I am not very tech savvy (I'd never even used a SIM card before), so I wasn't sure that I was going to be able to get everything working. It took me maybe 30 minutes to set everything up. I was able to make test calls to the device from my IPhone and make emergency calls from the device within minutes. The app installed perfectly and is very user friendly. I purchased this device with the SpeedTalk GSM mobile SIM card (shows as frequently bought together). While you should check your area, the SpeedTalk runs on the TMobile network (everything they have that is 4G is also 2G), so the coverage is pretty excellent in the greater San Francisco bay area and San Diego (which were the areas I was interested in).

Worked like a charm. Though pay close attention to every detail. I didn't lock the micro-sim card in the first time and wondered why it was taking a while. Once I opened it back up and noticed engraving on the micro SD slot I figured out out to lock it into place. Once that was done, it started working perfectly (I also called the sim phone number, not sure if that helped).
