Concentrate

I was skeptical. This product was suggested to me by my son, a licensed structural PE, but my son none the less. I had a foundation leak that would have cost thousands to fix with the traditional excavation, and barrier membrane type fix. I read and followed the instructions and applied it to the inside of the wall in minutes. Now it all stays dry. The little nifty crystals must form pretty fast to block water penetration. I can't believe they hold up to the tremendous hydrostatic pressure at the bottom of the wall.

It seems the Canadian company creating this product has been gifted with the Roman secret to long-lasting concrete. Since I'm in the US I purchased through a U.S. distributor, working with Salmon Bay. There were some hiccups with processing (Amazon service was exemplary) and then delivery (hey, trucks break down! but Salmon Bay came through above and beyond) so I find myself able to recommend all three entities with 5*. When everything moves smoothly (which is, of course, the goal) then life is good. But when you know that if there is a glitch the people behind the scenes will come through for you with flying colors, then live is VERY good!

Previously, I had given the seller a poor rating due to having twice received damaged product. It was not, however, the seller's problem; the difficulty originated at the point in which the material itself was bagged and tinned. The seller, however, immediately got back with us, even over a holiday, and all seems well. As for the product itself, it seems to be doing the job, although, by its very nature, it will take many months before we know with certainty what the long-term outcome will be. For now, however, we are seeing a dramatic improvement overall. We have had to put a second coat on a few (very few) spots; however, that is one of the things we are supposed to do in areas most adversely affected. After two years of unmitigated disaster, we finally dare to hope just a little.

Perfectly sealed the moisture issue in my garage that I end up with a rain. I blasted out the pitted garage with pressure washer, applied Xypex, after 24 hours used quickrete concrete resurfacer to level the garage surface,. In summer, I plan to grind the whole garage with a concrete floor grinder(150$/ day rent), apply Nohr-S polyurea coatiing with vinyl chips along with another Nohr-S urea coating with fine grained silica for friction surface.

This stuff has a shelf life of one year and I was sent a bucket that was made in January of 2022. Make sure you check the Batch# before you open it. Batch #s are 6 numbers ex. 201603. 2 is the year in the current ten year cycle = 2022 01 is the month = January 603 is the batch#.

I'm a GC and this is one of the best products on the market by far for waterproofing and I do quite a bit of work in areas around the beach cities that are in constant need of waterproofing and the product does not fail. Or aleast hasn't ever yet.

This product is a true example of chemistry in action. It was applied to prevent the sippage of water through my basement wall. It did not stop the water a 100% on day one, but with each rain, more crystallization was observed, and the lower the amount of moisture observed. At the moment, my wall is dry.

Did a good job on my leak between cold joints.
