These are a good quality fairly low cost option which we use for clients awards certificates and signed leavers gifts. Well made and easy to put together. Certainly lot better than the cheap plastic versions.

I got these for hanging. The fixtures aren’t really good. Too close to the top. Secondly, the stand broke. Not up to the job really. All three of the stands broke, two close to the hinge and on the last one the hinge fell off too.

This was a total waste of money. The frame itself is of average quality, but looks good and is satisfactory. The big probelm with this frame is the acrylic "glass" that it comes with. It is covered on both sides with a thin film which you have to remove; however, removing this is extraordinarily difficult. One naturally tends to start at the corners, but what happens is that the acrylic cracks with almost the slightest of touches. It cracks very easily indeed and I managed to make a crack in three of the four corners before I managed to finally catch the film enough to pull it away. I bought the frame to hold a limited edition print as a Christmas present. Once framed I admit it was hard to see the cracks, but they remained noticeable to my eye, especially one of them, and I could not possibly give this as a present; so I had to cut my losses and throw it away. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS TERRIBLE PRODUCT.

The frame has arrived damaged. Can I return and get a replacement please?

I love the frame. Great quality for the price. It is very sturdy and It looks amazing. I did had a small issue the plexiglass. But I notified the company and they immediately replaced it. Amazing customer service. I will definitely buy from them again.

did not come with hanging hardware, only an arm on the back to stand it up on a surface, so had to jerryrig something together to hang it. also: the double mats are a great feature, but they’re OFF WHITE—like a creamy white—and don’t even match the frame, which is a more true white. makes them look cheap and while the bleach-white frame matches my bathroom, the creamy off-white matting does not. super bummed.

The frame is not an 11x14 frame, so it did not work for the print I ordered it for.
