I bought it to replace an expensive gaming chair that felt like I was sitting on stone, the gaming chair without lumbar support.It was easy to put together and the directions were easy to understand, it took less than 30 minutes to assemble. It included Allen wrench was the best design I have seen.The chair is well made, good quality. The lumbar support is adjustable and flip up arm rests. The arms rests can be used up or down. Arms rests up, when not in use, the chair slides under my desk giving more room.I work from home and may sit for 8 hours a day. The lumbar support is so comfortable. It has good support on the spine.I'm so glad I made this purchase. I was hesitant at first because this is my first ergonomic office chair. I needed a good chair for my spine. If you are looking for a comfortable, well made chair, this is the one you want and need.

It is easy to assemble, although you have to use relative strength and might end up with small cuts in your hands (it is advised to wear gloves in the instructions). Cushion is okay, not being super soft but slightly spongy. Armrests are also pretty comfortable.However, the chair is also a bit unstable. Having assembled it correctly and locked the screws firmly, it slightly tilts back the moment I sit on it. It's an annoying small defect if you like to sit in a firm, straight position. One last complain: the head support is a bit too low for me (6'1) and you really have to lean back to reach it.I'm still testing it, but overall it's seems like an okay chair for its price.
