Two doses if your dog is 26-60 lbs. If he/she weighs more, you should get higher dose.

Is this heartworm medication?

No, this is regular dewormer only. Kills tape, hook, round and whip worms. heartworm med is available via vet prescription. Ivermectin is primary ingredient. Check this drug out for giving to dogs.

For the 26-60, how many treatments come in each box? I have two dogs and need to know how many boxes I need for one treatment?

Each box has two tablets. I gave my dog one tablet on day one and the 2nd tablet day two. So you would need 2 boxes if you want to do what I did. It had great results.
