I love this product. The design is small and discreate. The package it's self didn't come with a guide or instructions. I just followed the instructions I found in the description when I purchased it. But in all truth it is so easy to use. You simply plug it in to your computer or laptop usb port, no additional set up required. Simply push the little button to turn it on or off. It is on when the light is on and off when the light is off. Absolutely no issues with connectivity, keeps you active as long as it is on.Great product, very reasonably priced, very inexpensive and worth every cent!

As a CFO, I often have multiple projects and systems running simultaneously—spreadsheets, reports, email, and various dashboards. Great little device. It’s not obvious that you have it plugged in and it keeps the computer from locking up. There have been days I forgot to manually lock my computer and when I came in the next day it was still open. It only moves a couple pixels around and the movement does not interfere with normal mouse use

Works great on my MacBook Pro. It is plugged in to a multi-port hub and works fine. The blue light is very faint, but that indicates it is working. It defaults to minute movement mode when I restart my Mac. You can press the button to cycle modes. The large movement mode is very easy to see as the pointer moves all over the screen. To turn off, long press the button (2 seconds or so). Good value.

Works great right outta the package!! Press the little button on the usb and it jiggles, keeping the little arrow on your screen moving - active — press it again and it’s normal and you take control. Love how small and portable it is. On the fence?? Go for it!

First thing is that this works perfectly. Plugged it into the USB port and it does exactly what it says -keeps my laptop awake all day. The install was quick and required no intervention Using the default setting the cursor moves almost imperceptibly but has the effect of keeping my laptop ‘alive’ and preventing screen-lock for the entire day. Does exactly what it says in a subtle and unobtrusive way. Couple of odd features worth noting though. First it is supposed to have a blue indicator light, which is true, but the light is recessed and so tiny that you almost have to put your face right down on the desk next to the laptop to see that it’s on at all - initially I though the light was not working! Second, the ‘keep-alive’ has two settings - the first as mentioned makes very small, almost undetectable movements of the cursor - which works great - the second setting is hilarious! The cursor lurches around on the screen like a the mouse has suddenly had too much to drink! I am not sure why that setting is included - I’d never use it and the first setting works perfectly. Only other thing to mention, is to remember to press the button to switch it off if you use hibernate or sleep modes. I’ve found if you leave it on it does prevent my laptop sleeping or hibernating - not too surprising given its purpose.All in all great value for the money and the oddities of the features mentioned above don’t distract from its value or use at all.

Really useful and easy to use. You just need to connect it to the computer. You can see how slightly the mouse moves. It does not affect your activities if you decide to leave it connected all the time.
