Though it is smaller than I expected. It is still one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. It fits what I need to inside. And it leaves my cigars prefect. I'll have it for a long time. The sleek black finish of the outside, won me over. Take the time to season it before you use it. Just like any other humidor. Easy to use. Just read the instructions.

Works great! Saves cigars

I bought this electric cigar humidor expecting stable temperature and humidity control, but the unit I received has been very disappointing, and I strongly suspect it may be faulty. The biggest issue is inconsistency. The temperature fluctuates noticeably even when set to a fixed value, and the humidity does not stabilize the way an electric humidor should. I monitored it closely, and despite giving it time to settle, readings kept drifting. That defeats the entire purpose of a thermostatic humidor. The cooling and heating system is advertised as quiet, but the unit cycles on and off more frequently than expected, and the internal environment never feels truly stable. The built-in hygrometer also seems inaccurate when compared to a calibrated external hygrometer, which raises concerns about reliability. Build quality is decent on the outside, but internally the experience doesn’t match the premium feel it tries to project. Spanish cedar shelves look fine, but without consistent climate control, they don’t matter. Main issues: • Temperature fluctuates instead of holding steady • Humidity control is inconsistent • Hygrometer appears inaccurate • System cycles frequently without stabilizing It’s very possible I received a defective unit, but quality control should catch this before shipping. An electric humidor should provide peace of mind, not constant monitoring and guesswork. Until these issues are resolved, I wouldn’t trust this humidor with cigars I care about. Update after contacting the seller: I was informed by NEEDONE that even a “perfectly functioning replacement might not align with individual expectations” due to environmental differences. I found it concerning that NEEDONE was unwilling to stand behind the product and demonstrate confidence that a properly functioning unit would perform as advertised. Final thoughts: I wanted this humidor to work and gave it every opportunity. Unfortunately, between the unstable performance and the company response, I would not trust this unit with cigars I care about. Buyers should be aware that if performance issues arise, a return — not a fix — may be the only resolution.

It took a while to season, about 4 days. Also if you smoke cigars over 6" this is not the humidor for you. It would be nice to come with 1 more cedar shelf and it will only hold about 30 cigars with a 50 to 54 ring. the product works very well. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Love it. Use everyday

We are unable to control a consistent humidity. Everyday we either adding water or reducing or removing water tray. We thought it would be more consistent without constant viewing it.

Came without batteries in digital humidity reader, cannot find battery size on any paperwork. It is not size A357 or 305. Smells strong plastic. Way too small cannot fit 8 liters. See no use for cigars without ruining them.
