It's been my experience that the Freestyle Libre 2 Reader is not very durable. I have had 3 readers malfunction under normal use care. I need protection and safety for it from my purse and grand kids!I found this reader holder to be nice and sturdy, easy to zip, easy to find, and really good protection by holding the reader in place.I still use a slight bit of caution when unzipping, as the reader can accidentally flip or slide out.I use it in conjunction with the Silicone Case for Freestyle Libre (also available on Amazon).I recommend it. I love the purple color too!

Fits my FreeStyle Libre 3 perfect. Has a mesh pouch for the charging cable. Like the carabiner clip so i can hook it on my purse or belt loop.

This case is perfect to protect my reader while I'm on the go. It holds the reader, and I keep my needle tips for my insulin in the inner pocket. Very convenient and fits perfectly in my bag.

I like the firmness of this case - will certainly protect the reader unit unless it gets run over by a tank!!! The zipper is tough, as in hard to open around the corners, especially for arthritic fingers. Will try waxing the zipper, at corners and see if it makes it easier. I won't be able to fumble with this zipper several times a day unless the wax works. But for strong-fingered users, it is very nice. Will edit this if the wax works.

Good fit for my Glucose Reader.

I thought this case was perfect for my new CHM reader that I now have to tote around with me everywhere. However, once I got it I realized how impractical it was. If you use any rubber case on your actual reader it will NOT fit in this case! The case shows it holds the charging cable but it doesn't fit the charging block you have to use to charge it (so that's pointless). The hard shell has no real protection for your CGM reader if it's dropped or smashed. The reader has to be taken out to be used to scan your sensor each time... so it seems to make the case pretty useless in my opinion.
