I’ve been using this room spray for a while now, and I absolutely love it. The scent is so calming and comforting without being overpowering. I spray it in my bedroom, and it leaves the whole room smelling fresh and relaxing. It has become part of my daily routine. I also appreciate that it hasn’t triggered any allergies or irritation for me. The bottle lasts a long time, so I think it’s a great value for the price. I would definitely buy it again.

Smells really good and actually helps to calm and relax the mind!

Works like a dream. I use this for myself and for my baby. The smell is so calming. What credible value to get three good size bottles. It's been months, and I still have two and a half left. Definitely recommend if you have trouble sleeping, and you like a little added essential oil smell for calming on top of the melatonin.

Using this provides a nice calm atmosphere that helps me sleep. You may not like the particular. Smell. But I do so keep in mind that it is a flowery smell that not everyone will like. But the effect is very nice.

Works really well. If you're someone who’s ever used the brand “Sleepworks-This Works", then you'll be pleasantly surprised. It smells great and isn't sticky or unpleasant. I had some nice sleeps with this. As someone who is an extreme night owl and takes a lot of annoying "revenge time" at night, this has been a nice addition to my sleep routine. Let's be honest, it doesn't always knock me out because sometimes you need to be the one to get you to that place, but this, again, is a nice addition to getting me there. Especially when I’m really tired and I time it right when I spray it before bed. I like to spray it on my chest, clothes, headboard, under my pillow and sheets. I stopped spraying it right on my pillow because of sleep hygiene. I'm big about face care and don’t love the idea of it on my face with my nighttime skincare. I gave a bottle to my mom, who works crazy hours, and she likes it as well. Will purchase again as it's be best I've tried so far. ALSO! I put a few drops in my Scent Diffuser, and it worked super well. It actually helped my sleep, filling the air with this smell, it was nice before bed and is a good scent for the bedroom.

I've always used a spray for my bed & pillows - Dr. Teal's has a fragrance that lingers and and at the end of the day relaxes you when your head hits the pillow. I have noticed a difference in my end of day unwind and falling asleep.

This is my favourite sleep spray. It has such a lovely, soft and relaxing scent too. Not overpowering like some other products.
