Like Elwood says, "this is glue. strong stuff" Worked great for me on delicate repair
i used this clear weld to secure a loose, pushed out track-pad from an Apple Macbook where the battery had swelled up and forced the track-pad to tear at the thin metal links. First, I had to carefully bend the track-pad back to it's original flat shape so it wold sit flush in the mac book housing. With the bottom cover removed and battery pack safely removed with very small Phillips screwdriver, i mixed the 2-paart epoxy together and using a kitchen timer set for 5 minutes, carefully added the mixture between the underside of the track-pad and the thin metal arm links that previously secured it. The "failure" had been the holes in the link arms being torn out by the force of the battery swelling up. The fasteners are absolutely tiny: the size of a small bug. The timer helped me stay on task. i used painters blue tape on the keyboard (outside) of track-pad to secure it lightly to mac book housing, making sure mouse still clicked, before epoxy was applied. The glue was applied and allowed to set up, which it did at minute 6, perfectly. Let it cure a day, removed tape, reinstalled bottom cover and checked function and fit. track-pad fit was perfect: sat flush in mac book housing. Epoxy simply replaced the torn out fasteners (4) that held track-pad in position, via metal links. The links could still move slightly. Capacitive finger gesture function and mouse clicking on track-pad was unaffected by my epoxy job because epoxy only was utilized to replace the function of the 4 fasteners, not to glue down the track-pad to the housing itself. Simple job. Saved me from having to find and buy used tiny metal link arms and a new track-pad. And the epoxy has a re-usable lid that seals the two individual tubes up. I can use remaining 90% for other repairs. ** Title from Blues Brothers film scene where he tells Jake as he sprays epoxy on the Winnebago's gas pedal, subsequently later launching "the good old boys" into the lake during the chase scene. Great music in the film.

THIS STUFF REALLY WORKS!
This clear J-B Weld Epoxy is EXCELLENT for holding down larger pieces. I like the convenience of the syringe. It used to be that one had to manually mix two separate tubes of the epoxy together with a little stick before applying. This syringe method is excellent and does it for you. And then you mix for one minute and apply. Follow the prep directions and the product works really well. I started out using POWER GRAB Clear Ultimate Construction Adhesive to hold down vinyl plank flooring for a new table top on coffee and end tables, which also works very well for the hold. It is just messy, gloppy and tougher to use. It is better, though, for a LARGE AREA. The J-B Weld holds within a few minutes, rather than the 24 / 48 hours of Power Grab. Use it correctly and it is a really good, if stinky product. I used it on sections of this coffee table top to hold the vinyl plank flooring to the sanded top.

The Best Multi-Purpose Epoxy Out There — If You Use It Right
I've used JB Weld's ClearWeld for years, and it's never failed me. I've yet to find anything I could not fix with it. I've repaired and glued together: ceramics, plastics, wood panels, metal brackets, rubber, cloth and fibrous materials. I've also attached many of those items to one another with ClearWeld. Is there any material ClearWeld won't stick together? Maybe, but I have yet to have that happen. The most recent item I repaired were my eyeglasses. The left-side hinge had broken and there was no way to replace it — short of buying another set of frames. To fix them, I applied a thin layer of ClearWeld and held the frame hinge and its temple (the arm) together for a couple of minutes. After it setup, I let it sit for a few hours. When I came back, I was surprised to see that I could flex the eyeglasses without the frames separating at the hinge point. A $6 tube of ClearWeld, saved me the cost of a new set of frames. What Issues Does It Have? 1. If you used too much, it takes a longer to cure. 2. It does smell a bit. However, the smell doesn't bother me. 3. A few customers have had the syringes leak during shipping. I've never had that happen. 4. A few times, I've had more of the two-part epoxy come out of one side of the syringe than the other. It usually happens with a new syringe because one side binds up a bit as you're pushing on the handle. If that happens to you, just scrape away the excess to keep the mix ratio at 1 to 1. For me, ClearWeld has always dried hard. It's not rubbery when mixed properly. HINTS: A 45 degree, counter-clockwise turn and pull on the gray knob opens the syringe. CAUTION: Sometimes, the epoxy will be under some pressure, due to heat, (if it's summer time) and some of it might ooze out of the syringe — so be prepared to catch the excess with a paper towel. If you're going to be doing a big job and using lots of ClearWeld, do it outside. As the smell can be irritating to some people. Plus, the smell sticks around a lot longer. Do not over apply ClearWeld — use just enough to get the job done. ClearWeld bonds and works best when it's applied in a thin layer. That's what I did when I recently attached four hard rubber feet to the casing of a 2000 watt inverter. The aluminum housing had been anodized, and I wasn't sure if ClearWeld would bond the feet to the smooth surface. But it did! (I thought about drilling holes into the casing to mount the feet but didn't want to risk damaging the inverter.) After applying ClearWeld, I put some lead weights on the feet and let them dry overnight. The next day, I tried but was unable to pull any of them off with my fingers. ClearWeld is my go-to cure for fixing anything that's broken, has come apart or that I want to stick together. I highly recommend it.

Solid Clear Epoxy for Quick Repairs, With a Few Limitations
I picked up the J-B Weld 50112 ClearWeld Syringe to repair some gouges on a motorcycle headlight, and overall it worked well for what I needed. The epoxy dispenses cleanly, mixes easily, and dries clear, which made it a good choice for a visible surface like a headlight lens. A few things to keep in mind: the product does yellow when exposed to UV, so it’s better suited for areas that aren’t constantly in direct sunlight or where appearance changes won’t be noticeable. It also stayed slightly rubbery even after curing, rather than becoming fully rigid like some other epoxies. The set time was longer than advertised too—mine took noticeably more than the stated 5–15 minutes before it firmed up enough to handle. On the positive side, the repair itself held up fine, and the clarity made it blend in better than expected. The only downside is the price feels a bit high for the amount you get, especially if you're using it for multiple or larger repairs. Still, if you need a clear-drying epoxy for light to moderate fixes and can work around the longer cure time and UV yellowing, this is a reliable option.

Works great
I had a few small items break and used super glue to try and fix it. The super glue didn't work so then I thought epoxy. I chose this one because of the clear color. I didn't want to be able to see the adhesive material on the items. I followed the directions and it works really well. I do hate that you have to hold the item in place for at least 5 mins while it cures. When your fingers get tired you try to take a break, it comes apart again.

A fuir honteux
Colle dont le packaging est espagnol, mais avec une explication en allemand. Le parquet était poussiéreux. La colle était séchée, et colle difficilement pour de lepoxy. Surtout ne pas acheter, c'est honteux de vendre un produit dans ces conditions.

Fixed eye glasses
used it to fix the arms on my cheap glasses. Use a tiny bit on the end of a toothpick. Press the glue into some sort of used container that you can recycle or throw away.
