Love these flavors. Mango is the best. Bonus that these are Fsa/HSA eligible. It’s the perfect portable electrolyte pack for on the go. Mixes easy into any bottle of water. Good value for the quantity.

Best dehydration product on market…
Delicious. I drink everyday and it keeps me hydrated. At my age(73) and in Florida, i get really dehydrated. So this keeps me healthy.

Love Drip Drop. The flavors are great. Mango is my favorite. Good way to increase your hydration.

Good flavors
Flavors are very good, especially Pina Colada. There is a pretty decent amount of sugar added (14% of daily value). Directions say to only mix with 8 oz of water, but when I do powder does not mix completely, so I typically mix with 16-18 oz. No funky after taste or weird residue.

Saves a trip to the ED for kids that struggle to stay hydrated.
Great for kids or anyone that has a hard time drinking enough water to stay hydrated. Taste is a bit different, but according to my kids tastes much better then water.

Legs cramps
I use this for leg cramps . It actually works taste good if you remember years ago, the commercial years ago where the guy busted through the wall? That’s what it taste like. Not super high in salt like the other brands that are in the 1,000 s in sodium . Makes a huge difference in me for leg cramps
