The oils in this soap are good on my skin and they make my hair shine. I even think this soap is helping my hair to grow back a bit and faster? The soap has a nice scent and it is decent for light mosquito areas. You will need stronger or more protection for heavy mosquito areas. My two sons play Baseball and we all use the soap every day to keep the oils and scent on us. Downsides are: Oh how I wish they did not put poppyseeds in the bars, I don’t like when soaps put sands or other hard abrasives in the bars. It makes a mess and can clog drains over time. I also wish they added a bit of menthol/mint and maybe goats milk to smooth it out a bit and give it a nice pastel light green color and I also wish the bars were a bit larger. If they make bars without poppyseeds, I will use this year round except for a few winter months. If I move south, I will buy this bar for my whole body including my hair year round only without the poppyseeds though.

We buy these all the time due to our location. I have a theory that washing with this when the bugs are out helps not get bitten. This, combined with other products, repels the bugs. I like the smell, however, it's a bit rough and my kids don't want that.

I bought the Ain't Buggin Me soap to help fend off mosquitoes. It's a lovely scent and washes off clean; I feel nice and refreshed when I use it. However, the poppy seeds really do scrub, so much so that it felt like using a sharper pumice stone on my body. Don't get me wrong, that can be great sometimes, esp on your feet... but on other more sensitive or soft parts of your skin, it can feel pretty abrasive. It also goes pretty fast, it's been about two weeks or less and I feel like I've used up half or more of the bar. I can't speak to its mosquito repelling abilities bc I killed the ones in my house while waiting for it to arrive but I'd like to believe it works bc the essential oils' scents are strong! Overall I liked it but for $9/bar, it's too expensive for me to keep buying.

Smells great! Works great! I really do love this soap! Not drying at all! Price is satisfactory considering all the great ingredients in it! bought this the past summers and it’s an Essential for me now in vegas!

My husband and I love this soap. Smells great. We went camping and the mosquitos and black flies never bit us. And No skin irritation.

I have ALWAYS been the one person that mosquitoes prefer in a group of people. This soap has changed that for me. Effectiveness: I don't get bitten at all within 4 hours of my morning shower. I've seen mosquitoes flying around my truck cab trying to get away! The high-quality soap cleans well and leaves no residue. The scent is a little too feminine for me, but I have grown to like what the mosquitoes hate :)
