Works great. Had another type of these that easily snapped. I think the lower profile of this shape makes it sturdier.

I had a hard time finding a clamp that would fit on the edge of my desk due to how the edges are designed (they have some “fancy” wood edges). This is the only one that has fit perfectly, and is super sturdy. Using it for my mic arm.

Perfect and much better replacement for the factory C-clamp for my boom arm mic! Was a bit worried how this would fit on my desk, but to my suprise, it was like a glove. Now I don't have to worry about it constantly falling off when I adjust it. 10/10.

only a small part is metal , this whole product is misleading and shouldn't be allowed to say something it isn't it works but flimsy , im using a hyper x mic with a rode psa 1 arm

My regular one broke i almost threw the arm away until I saw that you can just buy the base.

This thing is a godsend! I have been wanting to use my Neewer mic arm for so long, but the original c-clamp was broken. This worked perfectly! My arm doesn't rock, and it fits snug and out of the way on my desk.

Amazing these companies still cant get their clearances right. The clamp screw and tightening screw aren't a proper fit in their tapped holes, but its close enough... (Will result in premature failure) Had to bore out the mount hole to a proper .51inch diameter. Clamp wedge was oversized to reduce the bore to .42 in. so I had to sand that down to fit the bore shape. base of the pyramid where the silicone pad mounts is skeletonized so I foresee that failing as well. For $11 I could have purchased a block of poly and drilled out the holes and built a higher quality one of these myself, but welcome to the future I guess.
