All the lights tested fine before I installed them round my house to light the alley between my neighbour and me plus the access to my garden waste wheely bin. All worked fine for a few days then one no longer functioned. I brought it into the house and checked if it could be taken apart to see if it was charging properly... No go, the case is glued shut, no doubt to make it waterproof. I tried leaving it on a windowsill to charge but, again, nothing appeared to be happening. I should mention here that for the whole of January and most of February we have seen no sunshine (2026) and the sky has been predominately overcast. The other three lights now seemed to be failing as well which was a bit of a bummer. Then... I randomly checked the one I had left on the windowsill and it burst into life albeit for only a short time but this looked promising. Long story short... I've now re-installed the fourth light and, with much improved weather, all four of them are working perfectly! Nice and bright, wide coverage with good sensor reaction. Initially looked like I'd bought some lemons but with the longer days, they're charging properly and I'm very happy with the outcome.

This was my fourth puchase of this item in 5 years They are brilliant, reliable and very bright a great security must have, easy to install would not hesitate to buy again best to purchase when on price discount

The motion sensor triggers reliably, and the three light modes give flexibility depending on what you need. They were easy to install and feel fairly sturdy for the price. The lighting is bright enough for most outdoor areas, though I wished the solar panel charged a bit faster in winter. Overall a good value and practical choice for extra outdoor lighting. - I recommend it 👍✅

I bought this four-pack to add a bit more light and security around the garden, and they've been a great addition to the other outdoor lighting I already have installed. They're really simple to fit with no wiring required, and all four have worked exactly as described. The three different modes are useful depending on where you position them, and the motion detection works well. What I hadn't really considered when buying them was how useful they'd be when we're sitting outside with friends in the evening. They provide enough extra light to see where you're going without needing to install more mains-powered lighting. Being solar powered means you can position them wherever they're needed and then pretty much forget about them. Easy to install, work well and useful for more than just security. Very pleased with them.

I bought this pair of LED solar powered lights as I wanted to put a light on the side of my house that would come on when I drove onto the driveway and when I put the bins out. I gave the other one to my parents. The light didn't work for a few weeks when I first put it up despite there being lots of sun. It has 3 modes and a single button that you press to change modes but there is no way of knowing what mode it's currently set on. In the end I just kept pressing the button and it suddenly sprang to life. The other issue I had is that the casing snapped and I had to glue it. There is only a thin strip of plastic across the top where you screw it into the wall fixing. This is bad design because the pressure of the screw against the thin plastic is bound to break it at some point. In the end to avoid it breaking again, I had to make a back plate out of wood to screw to the wall and buy some some strong Velcro to attach it. On the plus side, the light does work well (eventually). It comes on and goes off when motion is detected/not detected and the brightness is pretty good. It's ok if you just need a bit of light somewhere but you would probably want a better/stronger light for security purposes (I've bought one). Also, it took me a while to get it working and I had to take it down to fix it when it broke soon after putting it up (not ideal). Overall, it does work quite well but it's not the best quality in the world, which I guess is why it's so cheap.

I have had solar lights in the past, which after sometime stop working but these are Epic and well worth the money. I bought the same ones for my driveway 3 years ago and they still work to this day.. last summer I put these in my garden and my garden stays lit up all night! They just require a screw (which is provided) easy is to instal with drill or basic screwdriver. I don’t use the motion detection feature as I’ve just set it to turn on when it gets dark. Considering how often they stay on for the duration of the entire night it’s worth the investment. My Mum sister and Neighbour has also bought these!

Everything works right out the box. They come pre charged with simple yet unintuitive instructions and controls. Where my batch fell down, however, was that one of the four was faulty. In PIR only setting it lights up on its own without anyone or anything in the vicinity. Not going to complain too hard at £4 per light...

Les lampes sont beaucoup plus petites que ce que je pensais mais offrent une très bonne luminosité.
