Never Expected to Love
This lip balm was a gift that stayed untouched for months because I was loyal to my usual high-end brands. It last just next face wash, unlike Vaseline, it requires atleadt 10 wash with soap before your lips again dry.

Disappointed - Product Arrived Melted and Unusable
I was very disappointed when I received it. The product was melted inside the package, and the rollout mechanism didn't work at all. This is not what I expected. I won't be purchasing this again.
