Got caught up in weird curb rash position that was difficult to get out of . Scratched up a BRAND NEW mag real bad. I was really pissed...Got the black gloss fix kit. Worked like a charm. The kit will last for many repairs by the way. The paint marker is quite generous and using the brush applicator makes fixing large rashes a breeze. Speaking of the breeze, i recommend doing this inside if you can or when there is no freaking pollen in the air.... :)Paint color mached up perfect ! TOTALLLY WORTH IT !

If you look at my before pic, it's not a simple sctrach, it is borderline wrecked. Luckily, no wheel damage from hitting a curb going through a narrow ATM lane. I was able to reduce the appearance of damage but it's not perfect. You really got to put your all into sanding the damage down until is all smooth in order to get the best result. I will have to do another round of sanding and application in order to get this to look better.TIPS: Color depicted is Anthracite. The instructions are limited so I advise the following: (1) Use gloves and be in a well lit and ventilated area. (2) Have a drop cloth under your work area to cover drips or spills holding the applicator. (3) The applicator sponge is trash and breaks off easily. (4) Use a q-tip if you break both applicator sponges. (5) Don't let paint get onto your tires because it looks horrible and you can't get it off even with acetone.

I liked the simplicity of using this product while you follow the easy to understand instructions provided with your purchase. Along with instructions are all the necessary things to use to fix minor curb scratches on your vehicle’s wheels. It’s mainly for scratches you know are there, but probably most people wouldn’t notice. It does give you piece of mind though fixing them yourself with this kit. It saves you both downtime and money if you had taken your wheel to a repair shop. Does what it says.

I bought this to fix the scratch marks on car's rim. It came with the clear instructions and I found it nice to fix the small stone chip marks on the car beside car's rim.

Paint and rim are both silver. Colour is not magical match as in ADS. Don’t try on alloy.
