Amazing support for sciatica pains
I have terrible sciatica and I was having a horrible time sleeping. But when I thigh compression pads on the relief was almost instant. The quality and support it gave me to stop the pain and let me sleep and was grateful for that. It fit perfectly and you can adjust it to preference

Good compression.
Purchased again but in size large. Previous XL needed more squeezing. Works great for recovery on my 25 - 40 miler rides. It’s comfy enough to wear on rides as well. Priced reasonably, durable and good color options (got the white and black).

Great Support, But Fit Wasn’t Quite Right for Me
The BLITZU Hamstring Compression Sleeves are a great concept and I love the idea of having targeted support during activity or recovery. The compression felt like it could be beneficial, and the material seemed well-made. My reason for giving it 4 stars is mainly based on the fit for me personally. The sleeves felt a little awkward on my thighs, and I do have larger thighs, which may have affected how they fit and felt. When I pulled them higher for a better position, they became a bit uncomfortable. Overall, I think these could work really well for someone with the right fit, but I would recommend paying close attention to sizing before purchasing.

Believe it or not.... I started using them on my knees (not thighs) nd I love it!
When I started playing pickleball 5-6 times a week, I ran into the limits of what my body can withstand: over the last few months I had issues with tight fascia, tight muscles, tight IT band (which is also fascia). I had to take some time off and recover. I tried several compression sleeves in hope they would help, both when I played with onset of discomfort and during recovery. I have a sleeve designed for the knee which is tight, tried it, it is a tight fit but perfectly tolerable, and I found that within hours it makes the pain around the knee worse. Much worse. Probably too much pressure (on the patella?) is not necessarily good. I pulled this thigh sleeve over the knee, it sits not too tightly (not surprisingly, as sizing was for the hip), I can squeeze all my fingers under it easily, but it is not lose either, and every time I put it on, the painful feelings around the knee subside within hours! It exerts some gentle compression but not too much, and creates a feeling of warmth. I can walk in it through the day and can sleep in it. I am a tall guy with wide bones, so I was already using the largest size of knee sleeve but it was still too tight, evidently. So I use it not as intended, but in this capacity, it works wonders! It is long enough to cover the knee, and if it does not have a slightly bent in the middle shape, who cares - it is very flexible! Now, the downside is that it stretches out and becomes lose after several days, even when it is used on the knee where it is stretched less. It literally becomes wider by half an inch when folded! But I found an easy fix. You do what you are not supposed to do - wash it in hot water and dry it in a dryer (I still use medium heat, though). Then the fabric shrinks, it becomes smaller again, back to the size where it started, with no visible damage of any kind. I think it is a gentle compression combined with a warming effect that does the trick. Whatever is the component of its magic, it works for me, and I will take it!

Worked well at first…
When it first went on it felt nice and tight. The size was perfect with just enough support. I went for a short walk and it began to slip down. I found myself pulling it up through out the day. Basically it wasn’t as helpful as I was hoping.

Helps during pregnancy
I am an older mom and I started to get vericose veins and spider veins on one leg. My legs feel very heavy. I didn’t want to get a compression stocking all the way up my leg, or get anything too uncomfortably tight. These do the job and are still comfortable enough that I can wear them all day without wanting to rip them off. I pair them with a compression sock and it’s a much more manageable/ comfortable solution for me than one thigh high stocking. I’ve used them for several months and washed them plenty and they have held up to the use and the washing machine. I notice a big difference in how my legs feel by the end of the day and they’ve kept my veins from getting worse.

Work great ibthink
I tried them on a 18 mile bike ride. Seemed to work well. I had done a 20 mile ride in the morning and my leg was a bit tired. These worked well a bit tight but it feels great. There a bit hot with our 98 degree heat but still bearable. I'm still wearing one on my left leg. I think it helps I'm still wearing one on my left leg. Seems to be very comfortable since I haven't taken It off for a week now.

Welcome Support for a Sore Hamstring
When dealing with a likely pinched nerve, which is causing hamstring pain, I decided to try this type of compression sleeve to provide support to that area of the upper thigh. I'd never had a need for anything like this in the past, so this is all new to me. At the same time that I ordered this set of two braces, I also ordered a bulkier adjustable kind with Velcro straps. These Blitzu compression sleeves are far superior to the other one I tried. They are more sleek and can be worn under clothing, without screaming that you're depending on compression support to get around. For laundering, I pop them in a zippered mesh lingerie bag, then wash in the washing machine, and hang to dry. They come out perfectly with that method. I have worn one of the sleeves directly against my skin for a period time, and I've also worn one over a light pair of legging shorts. There's presently only one thigh / hamstring in need of support, so it's great to have a pair of the compression sleeves - one to wear / one to wash. The thickness is lightweight, but the compression gets the job done. I sized up as I didn't want too much compression while sitting at my desk. That has worked out fine so far. Wearing the sleeve did allow me the support to do more walking than I had been comfortable doing without it. It also allows me to bend over and pick up something on the floor without burning, shooting pain in the hamstring muscle. This has been a good purchase for my current health challenges.
