Can this fit a 12 yr old?

All depends on teeth size, they should fit him/her but they would probably be too big.

How do i adjust them or resize them?

There are instructions in the box, adjust according to steps and picture instructions.

When does the lisp go away?

I don’t know. I never got to wear mine. Couldn’t get it to fit and it broke. 🤷🏽♀️
