I've have had this product installed for less than a month. The black peel and stick is another brand and does indeed stick and I haven't had any issues with that brand so that means that it wasn't a prep work issue. I have purchased a second product such as floor glue trying to get the white marble tile to stick and that only partly worked.

People in the reviews are seriously mixed on these tiles. These do the trick if you need a quick cover-up on a budget and are very DIY-friendly. As a novice, I went with two different solid colour varieties so I didn’t have to mess around with matching patterns. Worked great. A lot of the complaints are probably from folks who didn’t prep the floor properly. Sorry to be a buzzkill to the disappointed crowd. For higher traffic areas or bathrooms, you can always caulk around the edges for extra hold. Mine have been holding up just fine as-is in the guest bathroom, almost a year in. Most vinyl tiles today are not made to be forever floors, but as a quick refresh these are great. The quality is better than a lot of what’s on the market.
