These knives are fantastic! They’re incredibly sharp and cut through food effortlessly. I love that they’re lightweight enough to handle easily, but still have enough weight to feel sturdy and well-balanced. Great quality and a joy to use in the kitchen.

This set of knives works very well and is an excellent value for the money and the Cuisinart brand. They are extremely sharp and work great for steaks, chops, etc. The blades are also very stiff and sturdy, wth riveted tangs that go all the way through the handle, so very high quality construction. I have been putting them in the dishwasher with no ill effects as far as I can see. I definitely can recommend these if you are looking for some decent steak knives, not sure why you would need to spend any more.

High quality steak knives; definitely worth the price. I've had them for months and they're just as sharp as when I got them.

These are definitely sharp - but what I don't like is they catch on the dishcloth and dish towel. They cut the sponge, too. It's a real pain having to use such time and care to wash a knife so they don't ruin all your towels opposed to zipping down the knife and it's clean. They ARE sharp tho! Would I buy them again? Probably not.
