I LOVE these Aqua products! So easy to fill to the weight you choose by simply filling water to different levels. Then u pump in some air to fill it up the rest of the way + make it firm. That's it. Perfect for travel. You just dump out the water + squash it flat to pack. I bought this when I had to go take care of a relative for a month + had no gym around I could use. At home, I use it out on my patio. Very sturdy + well-made with thick non-leaking materials. Fantastic product. Really innovative. Will last for years with no issues. I've been using mine for over a year + it's effective for weight-bearing movements. You can get creative with your movement while holding this in any way that works for u. You'll be activating + working all sorts of muscles with each movement, lift, squat or whatever u do!

En soit, le produit n'est pas mauvais. J'aime beaucoup le principe de travailler en "perpétuel mouvement ", mais le produit est beaucoup trop cher au vu des finitions. La colle qui tient les poignées commence déjà à partir et je viens tout juste de le recevoir.
