Great USA product without fillers
This is an A+ supplement brand. I've been using the magnesium for months now every evening after I have dinner. It helps me sleep and stay asleep and it also keeps me regular. I take two capsules.

Good quality magnesium at half the price!
Because I'm on an anti-androgen (trans), I lose a lot of body nutrients through peeing. Magnesium is one of those nutrients. Symptoms like night-cramps, muscle weakness and nerve over-sensitivity , have gone since administering this brand... so it must be the real deal!

It has stopped my leg cramps.
I bought it to help stop my leg cramps and it has done that. If I continue to take it, it does stop my leg cramps.

I read somewhere that magnesium aids in muscle pain relief. So I tried this product. I am experiencing the effect in my daily use of the product when I take my post workout vitamins. I have just started the regimen and am at current just discovering its abilities.

Always what I order
My Dr. wants me to take Magnesium Tabs., and I really like Purtan's Pride Brand. I've been taking these for quite a while and they seem to be the same as what I get directly from the company. I usally order if I need them in a hurry or just to have some on hand so I don't run out. Yes I would recommend these. My blood tests are great considering all the meds I'm on and things like that.
