Works as advertised. What more is there to say......

It’s a replacement data cable for a MICROSOFT ZUNE. Now who remembers those things? Probably not very many of you. It’s OK. It was a long time ago at the very beginning of the digital music players. And I think it even came out just before the original iPod, but I could be wrong. anyways, it does what it’s supposed to do. I used it only to charge this ancient relic that I pulled out of a box that was in a drawer in a dresser in the back of my closet. Boy does this thing bring back some memories.

So I but a used working Zune and the owner lost the cord so I bought this and once it came in i plug it in and ta-da it charges!!! But when I tried plugging it into my computer with all the softwares and commands done for it to work it kept reconnecting an disconnecting. I plug it back to a USB wall plug and it shows no connect or disconnect activity when charging but does on the computer. I was able to make it barely connect just enough to update it but then it disconnect itself. part of my thinks it the cable cause the zune shows no issues and everything on my computer is working perfectly. So good luck if you are planning on reviving Zune with the PC

I bought this for a Zune i had found one day at my job. However when i plugged this in to it and my Pc, nothing popped up on the Zune's screen. I am not attributing this to the cable. I have tested it with a friends Zune and it worked fine. Pro: great packaging, protective covers were on each of the cables ends Con: none Bottom line: Good buy for a replacement cable. If you have a zune get it. Too bad on my end i had found a broken unit, but thats not the cables fault. I will keep it in case i find or purchase another Zune. And for my USB cable collection.

Thankful I can still get these. My zune still works and I'll probably buy more in the future.

The Cable I purchased does connect the Zune to the computer but only if you orientate it in just the right spot and don't disturb it... The Zune connection was loose and kept disconnecting if moved in any way... It does have the correct connection points but doesn't have the correct tolerances to maintain the connection. It wasn't until my wife found the original cable that the connection became reliable and I was able to update my Zune... On a side note if you think you are just going to get the cable and connect your Zune to your current device think again.... Although device manager saw the Zune there are no drivers to download so it was not usable,,, I had to pull an old laptop out of retirement just to update the songs

So happy I was able to use my zune again.

Nunca está de más tener un cable de repuesto para cualquier equipo. El cable no es muy largo pero funciona excelente tanto para carga como para transferir datos.

I found a Zune at a thrift store super cheap. I had a few dollars so I took the leap. To my surprise it had no cable, and this item worked superb, it ain’t no fable.
