I've been taking these caps for over a year and I can"t say I feel any different, but I do like taking fruits and Veggies so I will continue using this product.

I started to take this to help with issues my optometrist identified. I sometimes don’t eat enough greens so this may help. I’ll adjust my review after further testing in August.

Easy to take. My daughter and I both have autoimmune issues and do our best avoid sick people. We started taking this a week before my husband came home with this season's flu, we both lucked out and didn't catch it. Fully believe vitacost helped!
