Long
I have to wear socks with no seams under my AFOs.The seams and heels in regular socks cause me extreme discomfort. I have bought adult sizes of these socks before, but they are very pricey. For me, the children’s version fits perfectly. It is long enough to pull down over the tops of my AFOs and the smaller circumference fits my feet like a second skin. While they are still expensive, I am up for saving a little bit of money.

Great socks for AFOs
I purchased these socks for my son who wears AFO braces. I love the fabric they are made out of and the quality. They are seamless so they don't rub on his feet. I like that they breathe and keep his feet from getting too sweaty. I just wish they weren't so expensive.

Great for soccer socks for kids with sensory issues
This are great if you need knee high socks. They are not as thin as they look online. Perfect to keep shin guards in. If you use the other kind and need something knee high this are perfect.

Light colors better than dark for some reason
These fit as expected. My son is 4 and wears a size 8 in shoes, without orthotics. I purchased a kid small & they’re great. I’ve bought these when he was in a smaller size, in white & gray and the texture was soft, moisture wicking, and held up fantastically in pulling down over his AFO’s repeatedly & washing. This time however, I purchased the navy blue ones & they are tight without as much stretchability at the top of the sock & there is very little moisture wicking, at least in comparison to his old ones. I’m not sure if it’s due to the darker dye or what, but it’s definitely weird. I’ll stick with white or gray from now on.

The BEST for children who wear AFOs - Worth the money?
These are the best socks we've ever used with AFOs. I wish we'd found them sooner. I know what you're thinking -- that's an insane price for a single pair of socks. Well, yes, it is. But they also are the only socks that we've ever had that work properly with AFOs. They cover all the way up (and even over the edge of the AFO if you want), and they simply don't twist on the feet, which really prevents blisters and discomfort. And they've proven to be quite durable. We've yet to have a pair fall apart or develop a hole. So, in this reviewer's opinion, they are worth the money because, well, they work like no other socks out there.

Great great great
It’s hard to find socks long enough for older kids that wear AFOs and these are the only socks that fit small kids and teens. Super durable and the elasticity has not worn down like a lot of socks, which is most important for me.

Amazing
I brought these socks for my 6-year-old daughter they are perfect. My daughter broke the bottom of her femur and has pins still in her leg after the cast came off. These socks were so amazing. They gave her the support, comfortable, and dryness she needed. I just wish we could get them in purple and pink too. Its very soft and was easy to slide on with out any tears in her skin which after being in the cast for 6 weeks was a major concern.
