The desc. says the numbers are 1-10 but a reviewer says 0-9, with only one "1". Which is it?

Dear Valued Customer, There is no zero, there are cards 1-10. You can see other customer's reviews as well. Hope it helps. Best Regards,

Are these painted with non-toxic paint ?

Dear Customer, Non-toxic paint use for all our materials.

Yes there is a zero but only one 1 so it goes from 0-9 not 1-10

Are these sandpaper numbers ?

Hi, these are not sandpaper numbers.
