For the price I was not expecting much. I was very surprised the quality of the product. It's a very durable plastic with strong plastic handles that slide in and out of the slots perfectly. The pushups are much better than regular pushups too. Each setting isolates the muscles intended very well. The results can be felt immediately. I recomend this product.

Great product… My only gripe would be that grip is quite hard.. Not soft like other puship products..After a while the hands start hurting…Had to wear gym gloves to have cushion…
