Have no issues with receiving the CD (case and CD disc). The disc plays with no difficulty in my CD player. VERY ENJOYABLE SONGS to sing-a-long with or just to listen to.

This is a must have album! As a Bon Jovi fan, the music is top level. You need to add this music to your library for sure!
