This works
This is my go to when cold & flu season starts. I carry it in my purse and if I am in an area with lots of people coughing and sneezing, this is easy to use. I usually only do a squirt or two in each nostril as it does have a burn/sting when it is instilled in the nostril but it quickly resolves. I give this credit for reducing and nearly eliminating upper respiratory infections for myself. Highly recommend!

Kills Virus and Bacteria It Works
This brand was prescribed by a holistic doctor. It works so well at eliminating bacteria and virus in nasal cavities. Use for colds, and recently for mold exposure.

Works well natural
Works well better than over-the-counter nasal sprays. Like that it is natural. I do not uses as directed. I only use one spray per nostril when needed. CG

Great Product
Great product! In one short week I have already noticed a huge difference in my nasal and sinus congestion and pain! The only minor concern is that the bottle is a bit leaky.

Better than saline spray
Noticed a big difference after only a few day my sinuses are clear. Minus 1 star for the container. I have small hands & its very hard to use with one hand.

It helps my sinus "troubles"
This product was given to me by my primary care practitioner. It relieves my ocasional sinus "troubles" (change of weather: hot to cold, dry to humid, mold, pollen etc) If used regularly it helps your sinuses better than the saline sprays or neti potting. In my particular case, saline irritates my sinuses and creates more stuffiness. This product appears to be stingy at first, but that feeling goes away quickly. Instead of 5 squirts I do 3, blow my nose and then do two more, blow again. I bought this for my husband to try to get him off the neti pot which I don't see any improvement on him.

Too dangerous to use
My doctor asked me to buy this. So I researched it through Mayo Clinic, Cleveland clinic and other webpages. It is not a safe product to use. It interferes with antibiotics and other medications. Plus the silver elements, albeit tiny particles, can damage your heart, liver, and kidneys. I wish I could return this product because I have no intention of putting metal in my body.
