No not unless you get the pro package where it comes with the case and the zero blade. But if you buy just the razor it does not come with the zero blade. The zero blade has to be ordered and it's a little over $20 I think closer to 30 even

Will a universal guide comb fit if I needed it to trim a longer beard?

Not sure if I trust it the first time I used it I nicked myself in a private place so I haven’t used it since Except for with a guard on it on my face.
