These things are just great as far as kitty litter accessory products go. Very soft to the touch with a good rubber backing which keeps the mat in place, which is a blessing if you sweep around your litter boxes because the mat won't go flying across the floor now. Nor will it when your cats go peeling out of the litter box to chase something. It doesn't make the litter magically fall out of my cat's paws, stop them from tracking it everywhere, or anything super high tech and fancy, but it does hold the litter well and cleans up really easy. They are also much better to look at than those grey or off-colored rubber mats which trap litter in and never releases it even after you take a pressure washer to them.
