I was looking specifically for Dutch Processed cocoa powder to elevate my brownies. I have been buying King Arthur’s bread flour for years and love their products so I decided to give their DPCP a try. It did not disappoint! I definitely will be ordering this soon for my other chocolate bakes.

Pricey, but good brand and honestly cheaper than a lot of competitors. Stuff makes a delicious dark chocolate sauce, frosting, oatmeal etc. just learn how to flavor it and how to pair it and its great!

Came with a hole in it. Made for a fun opening experience with a white counter and light colored grout. Other than that it made awesome dark icing for black and white cookies. I’m going to try to use it in a chocolate cake. See what kind of trouble I can get into.

If you like dark chocolate, then this is a good one to get. The price is very reasonable as well and the flavor is dark and intense.
