Poor customer service and manufacturing
Edit: the company sent me a replacement after seeing my review and I was able to put it together. I’ve been using it for almost a month now as recommended. I have two herniated disks in my neck and one in my lower back as well as arthritis. I can feel some improvement in my back, but not yet in my neck. It’s a bit challenging to get into the incline position, as the lower half is very heavy but it’s manageable and I’m getting used to it. Overall, I think it’s a decent product.I couldn’t get it put together because the pieces would not align on the stand. I emailed the manufacturer for help and the suggested I try to realign it (as if I hadn’t already tried). I explained that I had tried everything and watched the video, requested that the send me the missing bolt and replace the poorly manufactured parts so that I could assemble it, and they never replied. So now I have to lug this thing to a ups store in a broken box with a messed up back to return it. Don’t waist your time or money here. I regret it.

Not easy to store. Use your own tools. Not comfortable or relaxing.
I chose this model because I live in NYC so storage is important; this is not easy to store and it takes up a lot of space. The image that shows the folded dimensions should account for the width and it should also be noted this must be stored in a secure location. It will fall if folded completely upright and is rather unruly to set up and take down. I have rearranged my furniture several times to try to find a solution. This alone is stressful on the back injury I am trying to heal. I was really hoping this would fold flat and upright as is implied by their images, this is completely not the case. The “heavy duty” aspect of this needs to be addressed as well in regards to the provided tools. I am competent with building and tools, the instructions were confusing but passable. The table was incredibly wobbly. I used only it a few times before taking out my c and socket wrenches to tighten everything; thank goodness because on this inspection I found one of the bolts was nearly completely undone. As for the unit in action, it is fine, it is helping, it is very uncomfortable compared to other inversion tables. The shoulder pads are not adjustable in any way and I have to maneuver my skeleton to a certain position in order to not compress my upper back and neck. The ankle straps are also not comfortable, the padding moves a lot. I often completely invert to do a supported handstand just to adjust the pressure points of the table, this is really not why I bought the unit.

Best treatment for my spinal pain!
This is the best thing I've ever used for my back pain. It took me a little while to completely invert, but, OHH, what a relief once I did it. I have several discs that keep slipping out, and I had been on a LOT of medication, and had injections into my spine which did me NO good. Five minutes on this, and I felt 70% better. After using it for a month, I feel 80% better. The only problem with it, is, I didn't receive all the screws, and the ankle sponges, but when I contacted the company, they came in days, with extra even! GREAT customer service. And, for me, it wasn't very hard to put together.

Lower back releif - be slow
The media could not be loaded. I had an issue with a part and the manufacturer was great and sent be a replacement piece. SO customer service - top notch. The inversion table itself works really well. its my first one and I had no idea what to expect. Assembling it is only a few minutes - maybe 20? of work and its really stable i weigh about 230 and it shows no signs of wavering holding me. I've included a video of it in use. essentially you clamp your legs in, strap in with the seat belt and slowly rock yourself back with the handles. In the instructions it tells you to start slow - as low as ten seconds at a time. really good directions, because you will get headaches when you first start but as you get used to it that stops. The pain relief is great. I broke my l5 disc (the one above the tailbone) when i was playing football in high school and have had arthritis there since I was a teenager. Super helpful. one of the best buys I've ever made.

Good product for the price
I bought this due to reoccurring issues I've had with sciatica. It came well packaged and with pretty good instructions. I had 1 issue with a slightly bent piece that was making assembly difficult. I contacted the company through their service e email and through Amazon. They responded once on Amazon and never to my email to their service department. I ended up straightening the part myself with a vice and hammer. The end product is very sturdy and works well. For the price it's excellent, I would give it 5 stars if the service deparent had provided better support. When assembling use the YouTube video as a guide, it helps a lot.

Great inversion table!
The media could not be loaded. This heavy duty inversion table was very easy to set up and great to use, I love the fact that was very easy to store and the stitching in the leather is perfect, there are no lose threads or imperfections, it is great for back pain relieve specially after many hours of sitting down in front of the computer. It is easy to fold and put away, what I do is, I place it sideways on the floor and then close it like a book, super easy! the part where the feet go is very comfy, I love this inversion table! All in all, easy to set up, comfy and great results plus!!! it is Yellow! the happiest of all the colours! :)
