What is the calorie count?

My semi skimmed milk is 150cals in 300 mls. you say if this is mixed with semi skimmed milk it’s 194 cals, yet you say if mixed with water it’s 94 cals? That doesn’t add up. Do you mean skimmed milk?. I use Alpro almond as only 39 cals in 300mls then. So I’m still a bit baffled as to the actual true calorie content of the sachets.
