I bought this for my child’s school music class, and it has been a fantastic resource. The explanations are simple and clear, making it easy for young beginners to understand basic music concepts. This is a great first music book. However, I do like the second book better, because the stickers make it more interesting for students.

This set of books is my go-to theory books for piano students in grades 1-5. Once they complete the third book, I move them a more mature set.
