I kept on looking for a disk plate in stores and found it on Amazon. I was not sure if this will be good. Not only it is good, but I am not even planning on replacing it. This will last for a life time. High quality steel. The holes are the right size.

Bought these to replace what came with my meat grinder because those started to show rust. These do not rest better grade stainless steel like all should be.

Purchased this plate as finding original accessories for my vintage hand grinder from Porkert are difficult to find or quite pricey. This plate worked well and the pass through holes produced a grind that I was looking for. The holes are just a minuscule shy of 5/16” diameter or 8mm as stamped on the sidewall. It’s about 0.311” and all relative. The auger stem rode well in the center hole. The notch had some slop but retained within body and not spin within itself. Hopefully with proper care, it will last a long time.
