What are the overall dimensions?

Base is 17 and 7/8" long, 3 and 3/8" wide/deep. Pillow "top" is inset from the base by out 3/8". Overall height (rise off the desk) is 6/8". I bought two, and each are identical (i.e. consistent high quality) Hope that helps!

How long has the gel kept it's support?

I've had mine since 2019. I've washed the hell out of it a few times because it's hot in my area and I sweat a lot, it's held up perfectly well, no wear on the material or stitching, no indent or depression in the gel or foam. Fully recommend it.

DOes the outer covering get very stretched out for anyone else?

Yes, after over 2 years of use, the fabric has stretched out and shows significant signs of wear. That being said, the actual wrist support is still excellent and any wrist wrest with this kind of fabric material covering will stretch and wear over time.
